BHSU Encourages Fans To “White Out” The Stands
Spearfish, S.D. – The Black Hills State University men's basketball team is encouraging all fans to wear white to the Dakota Athletic Conference championship game and "White Out" the stands.
The Yellow Jackets have advanced to the Dakota Athletic Conference finals and will take on S.D. School of Mines at 7 p.m. MT. The game will be played at the Young Center in Spearfish, S.D. Fans are asked to wear white Black Hills State t-shirts to show their school spirit.
"Being able to play this game on our home floor in front of our own fans can give us an edge," said head coach Bradd Schafer. "We want all of our fans to come to the game and dress in white to support our team. I would love to see a packed arena."
Tickets are available in advance at the Young Center or can be purchase at the gate on the day of the game. Ticket prices for adults are $8 and $3 for students and seniors over 65.
