Black Hills State University Athletics

was a standout in basketball and football for the Yellow Jackets. He attended BHSC from 1968 to 1971 and was named an NAIA All-American in football and to the All-District 12 team in basketball. In 1970 he played for the North team in the North-South Shrine game in Miami, Fla. Savoy is currently self-employed as a contractor in Washington D.C.
